Jack began his career at the company in 1993. His day-to-day responsibilities include strategic decision-making, operational oversight, as well as customer relations and development. He assumed the role of President in 1999, following the retirement of his father, Roger, who founded J.R. McDade Company in 1959.
Jack is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree. He lives in Phoenix.
Russell H. (Rusty) Helwig
Production Division Manager, Residential Builder Division
Russ began his tenure with J.R. McDade Company in 1986. Originally hired as a Field Supervisor, he has occupied several positions within the company, leading him to his current leadership role as Division Manager.
His comprehensive experience with us enables Russ to bring invaluable insight into top-to bottom operations. His professional motto is the same the company has maintained for years: Service. Service. Service.
Along with managing and leading his McDade team, Russ and his wife enjoyed raising their three great kids.
Multihousing Division Manager, Multihousing/Commercial Division
Garry has been the leader of J.R. McDade’s Multihousing Division since 1997. He received his initial training in the flooring industry working as a Territory Manager for Shaw Industries. Garry now oversees the rehab and the new construction sides of Multihousing. Garry holds a Business Administration Degree from the University of Kansas. He and his wife Pam have two children, Taylor and Tyson.
Multihousing Sales Manager, Multihousing Division
Susan began her career in the apartment industry in 1989 working for the Arizona Multihousing Association. She left the AMA in 1994, accepting a position with Globe Furniture Rentals as an Account Manager. In 1997 she joined the J.R. McDade Multihousing team and was promoted to Sales Manager 5 years later. Susan is married, has a son, Matt, a step-daughter, Kayla and as many pets as her husband will allow.
Commercial Division Manager
Sean began his career in the Multihousing industry in 2002. He has worked in many different positions ranging from warehouse, estimating, field supervisor to project manager. His competitive nature has lead to many successful new construction projects over the years and his experience in all facets of flooring has allowed him to work side by side with customers from the beginning to the end of the projects.
Sean and his wife Lisa live in the east valley and have two boys, Jackson and Landon.
