| Susan Hoehne, Sales Manager, Multihousing Division Susan began her career in the apartment industry in 1989 working for the Arizona Multihousing Association. She left the AMA in 1994, accepting a position with Globe Furniture Rentals as an Account Executive. In 1997 she joined the J.R. McDade multihousing team and was promoted to Sales Manager 5 years later. Married for 8 years, Susan has one son currently attending University of AZ, three dogs and a cat. Contact her at

| Felicia Clarke, Account RepresentativeFelicia began her career in the Multihousing industry in 1996 as a leasing consultant for Evans-Withycombe. One year later when Evans Withycombe sold to Equity she went to work for Aimco, moving her way up the ranks to become a property manager. After five years of managing in the Multihousing industry she decided to try her hand at sales, going to work for a small carpet cleaning company. Felicia was recruited by J.R. | Carol DeRegis, Account RepresentativeCarol has been in the Multihousing industry since 1984. She began her Multihousing career as a leasing consultant with FCC management (AKA Sentinel Property Management). In 1988 she began working for Mayo’s Furniture Rentals as an Account Executive where she was employed for 8 years. Between raising a family, Carol also worked for Convenient Houswares and several Vacation Rental companies in AZ. Carol has been an Account Representative with J.R. McDade Company since 2002. | Jenna Lassen, Account Representative Jenna is experiencing the apartment industry through her hands-on training at J.R. McDade Company. Jenna is a recent graduate of ASU with a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
