 |  | Steve ContrerasSteve began his flooring career at Sears Roebuck as Area Manager of the flooring business for all valley store locations in 1998. From there, he enjoyed the experience as a Manufacture’s Representative for Carpenter Company working with a wide variety of flooring contractors in the builder, retail, multifamily and commercial segments, from southern Arizona to Texas.In June of 2006, Steve joined the McDade team as a Builder Account Representative and has enjoyed the company and personnel from day one! Steve is blessed with 3 great kids, a supportive wife and leads an active life in my faith, golf – and baseball!  | | Wes HelbertIn 1997, Wes began his construction/homebuilding career with the Estridge Group, located in Carmel, Indiana where he worked in pre-construction and planning. From 1998 to 2008, Wes was with DR Horton as a Construction Supervisor and Purchasing Director. He later accepted a position at Sanctuary Builder of Chandler. In the fall of 2009, Wes joined the J.R. McDade sales team, bringing experience and enthusiasm to the New Home Flooring Division.

Eight of her twelve years in the building industry have been spent here with J.R. McDade. She has vast experience working in all aspects of our trade including design, operations, estimating, sales and management.Stephanie lives in Scottsdale with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time outdoors.
