 |  | Steve ContrerasSteve began his flooring career at Sears Roebuck as Area Manager of the flooring business for all valley store locations in 1998. From there, he enjoyed the experience as a Manufacture’s Representative for Carpenter Company working with a wide variety of flooring contractors in the builder, retail, multifamily and commercial segments, from southern Arizona to Texas.In June of 2006, Steve joined the McDade team as a Builder Account Representative and has enjoyed the company and personnel from day one! Steve is blessed with 3 great kids, a supportive wife and leads an active life in my faith, golf – and baseball!  | | Jennifer Wright Born and raised in Arizona, Jennifer has more than 10 years experience in the homebuilding industry. Prior to joining the JR McDade team over a year ago, Jennifer began her career with a homebuilder here in AZ, which included responsibilities for marketing, design review, builder specifications, and budgeting for some of the most exclusive subdivisions in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Jennifer resides here in Scottsdale with her family and loves spending time with 9-year-old daughter mountain biking, hiking, and traveling.  | | Wes HelbertIn 1997, Wes began his construction/homebuilding career with the Estridge Group, located in Carmel, Indiana where he worked in pre-construction and planning. From 1998 to 2008, Wes was with DR Horton as a Construction Supervisor and Purchasing Director. He later accepted a position at Sanctuary Builder of Chandler. In the fall of 2009, Wes joined the J.R. McDade sales team, bringing experience and enthusiasm to the New Home Flooring Division.Wes resides in Scottsdale with his wife Toni.
